SharePoint does have a Bluebeam plugin but only helps with opening files directly into Revu . You may still experience connectivitly issues with Bluebeam files stored in SharePoint and installed client versions with Windows 11.
About the Revu SharePoint extension
Because PDF88 is SharePoint native this is not is issue
